ITRA-ICRISAT Interaction & Business Feedback Event
Celebrating the year 2023 as the ‘International Year of Millets’, Embassy in association with ITRA (Togolese Institute of Agronomic Research) and ICRISAT West Africa regional office held a virtual interaction on 13 April 2023. The discussions centred on collaborative opportunities to grow production of millets in Togo and how to develop capacity for millet breeding techniques in Togo.
Further, Embassy organized a Feedback Meeting on 13 April 2023 with 10 Togolese companies whose representatives took part in trade events in India in March 2023 in areas of ICT, Electronics, SMEs and Pharma. Embassy appreciated their feedback and assured them full support in order to strengthen mutually beneficial trade linkages between Indian and Togolese industry.
