Mahaparinirvan Divas
On the occasion of the Mahaparinirvan Divas, the 66th Death Anniversary of the Father of the Indian Constitution, Dr. B.R. Ambedkar, on 6th December 2021, Mission organized a programme to remember and commemorate the Architect of the Indian Constitution. About 20 members from the Indian community in Togo attended the event. The programme commenced with offering floral tributes by members of the Mission and Indian community in Togo. It was followed by brief remarks by Ambassador and a small Talk by one of the children on the Father of the Indian Constitution. A loop of films on Dr. B.R. Ambedkar was also screened on the occasion. The winners of the ‘Dekho Apna Desh’ online quiz and the ‘Painting Competition’ were also awarded with prizes and certificates of participation after the event.
